An opportunity has arisen within our dedicated cleaning team for an enthusiastic individual for 10 hours over 4 days per week, plus holiday and sickness cover.
The role of this team is key to ensuring infection prevention and control measures are maintained to the highest level. The successful applicant will need to be prepared to undergo training in COSHH, manual handling and infection control and other areas of training mandatory relevant to the role. The applicant must be flexible
Starting salary is minimum wage.

We are seeking to recruit part time reception team member to carry out a wide and varied range of duties within Waterloo House Surgery.
An opportunity has arisen for:
Medical Receptionist to join the Practice Team at Waterloo House Surgery.
The post will be part time (21 hours per week).
The right candidates must be highly motivated and will provide patients with a friendly and confidential service. You will be responsible for all aspects of clinical administration including:
• Deal with prescription processing, liaising with patients and chemists regarding queries and prescription requests
• Assist patients in accessing the appropriate service by booking patient appointments and signposting
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice.
You must possess the skills to work within a team or on your own initiative.
The post holder must have a commitment to supporting the service, be flexible and be actively involved with cross cover.
You must possess good IT skills, good time management and the ability to prioritise when under pressure.
Problem solving is an essential skill that is also required.
We expect the candidate to demonstrate a high level of communication skills both written and verbal and be able to work in a highly confidential environment.
The post-holder is responsible for providing comprehensive and efficient support to colleagues, the GP’s and patients.
Experience in an administrative role is essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team at Waterloo House Surgery as a Prescribing Clerk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of an efficient, comprehensive prescribing and administrative support service to the Practice and ensuring the delivery of safe, timely repeat prescriptions.
The post holder will complete all day-to-day tasks efficiently and carry out any other administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will have a confident telephone manner, excellent communication and IT Skills, customer care skills, have the ability to work accurately under pressure with an excellent eye for attention to detail and would be flexible and adaptable to change.
