SHARED RECORDS

Improving your care

Health services in Furness are introducing 'shared records'. Shared records allow health professionals to share some limited information from your medical records with other health services that provide you with care. For more information please pick up a 'changes to your medical records' leaflet from the surgery. more information is also available at www.cumbria.nhs.uk

Notice: To register as a new patient you need to come into the surgery with 2 forms of identification (one being photo ID). If you are wanting to register for EMIS ACCESS you need to come into the surgery in person – you will need to bring photo ID as proof of who you are if you are not known to the receptionist.
